Job Purpose: Experienced Sales Representative for Aluminum Construction Company

Must be outgoing, knowledgeable, hardworking, and personable. House Sales rep are provided with a vehicle, gas, cell phone and all equipment needed to be successful. Must be reliable. Ability to read blueprints and bid for job. The candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, hardworking and someone who understands the window installation and sales process. Must be able to pass drug test and have a clean driving record.

Job Duties:

• Prior experience in a construction setting, preferably in aluminum construction (prior construction or aluminum construction sales and / or management experience goes to the top of the list).
  
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Ability to provide on the spot proposals to potential customers.
• Desire to do well in a competitive market.
• Be self - motivated but able to work in a team setting.
• Strong organization skills.
• Desire to succeed.
• Be coachable.
• Look presentable.
• Familiar with technology (computers, GPS, smart phones).
• Ability to attend after-hours marketing events.
• Possess a "think outside the box" approach to sales.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Skills/Qualifications:
